My previous New Year's resolution (for the year 2020) was to exercise twice a day. That would give me 732 sets of exercises in the whole year. I described is my own set of exercises here:

With only 5 reps (repetitions) of each kind of exercise it would give me 3660 reps of EVERY exercise! In reality in the year 2020 I managed to do only 96 sets of exercises, which is only 13.1 % of the plan. Pathetic result, but nevertheless it means that during the year I did 480 push-ups, 480 knee-bends, 480 “leg-ups”, 480 dumbbells lifts and 480 reps of every other exercise I do during every set. Better this than nothing.
My New Year's resolution for the year 2021 is exactly the same as for the year 2020 – to exercise twice a day – preferably one set of exercises in the morning and one set in the afternoon or in the evening.
